Live rock bin, water question.

Im tearing my system apart and rebuilding. I want to put my LR in a bin with my skimmer, and work on cleaning it very well.

I dont, however, feel like running and buying tons of jugs of RO/DI water.

If I fill the tank with tap water, how long does it need to sit before I dont have to worry about chlorine anymore?

IMO......Make the run for RO/DI water.....If you use tap water, you might get more problems then you think. Then you might be making more runs then you think

Also with a 125 gal tank, Your next investment should be a RO/DI unit. It will save you money, as well as all the running time
