What is a good idea for a cleanup crew. I have a 29g biocube, and I was looking at the 30 gallon here, and that seems obnoxiously huge....what do you all run for a clean up crew?

A few snails and perhaps a couple other things as you go. Those "packages" are over priced, over stocked and rarely a good mix for our tanks;)

I started off small, that way nothing would starve to death! I agree that a lot of CUC "packages" are overkill. In my 46 I have 6 cerith snails, 6 small blue legged hermits,3 small nassarius snails, a conch, cleaner shrimp, peppermint shrimp, emerald crab, 3 bumblee snails, & a bunch of stars that came in as hitchikers. I think I'll be expanding but I'm going to wait a bit....

Stick with snails, any type a crab is usually a PITA. I think I have a total of 8 snails in my 120 I can't even imagine 60 plus all that other stuff, most would prob die
