View Full Version : Frustrated Long Time Customer, Fedex Smartpost!

I have been a long time customer of Drs.Foster and Smith, but I may have to take my business elsewhere. In the past, several of my orders were shipped via Fedex Smartpost. They all took more than two weeks to arrive and I had to go pick them up at the post office, which is inconvenient for me as I have to take off of work to do this. I contacted customer service and was promised that this would not happen again, that everything I ordered in the future would be shipped via regular Fedex.

I recently placed an order and an item was missing from my order, even though I was charged for the item. I contacted customer service and was told the item would be reshipped. Then, when I got the shipping confirmation the item was shipped via Fedex Smartpost! I am very frustrated because now I will have to take time off of work for an item that I probably won't receive for several weeks, which is especially frustrating as it is something that I need to use in quarantine for fish that should be arriving next week.

I am glad, although not surprised, to see DF&S resolve this so quickly. I've got nothing but love for the Doc! I've had excellent customer service experiences, even one where Fed-X damaged my order and DF&S took care of it no questions asked. Quality company in my opinion and I will order from them again and again. I'm glad you are satisfied with their resolution.
