The Sequence may be a pressure rated pump, or maybe the other way around.

thanks, sorry i'm a new by about this pumps,so a pressure rated pump has more overhead than regular pump,i am using 7 feet high then
5 feet across with 1 inlet 3 return(1' pipe),so which pump to get,a pressure rated or the regular hammerhead,i wanted to have around 3000 gph more or less,,

I've alway found this a little frustrating.

There's Reeflo that uses names (Dart), Sequence that uses numbers number (Model 750 3600SEQ12).

The 3600SEQ12 that is the same as the 4200SEQ12 but for a different impeller.

There's Darts, Gold Darts, Super Gold Darts, the Hubbell motor, the Smith motor, the Baldor motor that was the Gold but is now the standard motor.

I am not sure of the difference. However, I am using a hammerhead to push the water from my basement fishroom to 4 tanks on the first floor. there is approximately a 9' vertical and 4' horizontal to three of the tanks and 9' vertical and 15' horizontal to the 4th tank.

The hammerhead should work for you. My real concern is the size of your sump and fuge(if applicable) because 3000gph is a high volume. I am having some issues with turnover in my fishroom that I am working on (bubbles not clearing the water column because of high turnover)

I've got a Reeflo Barracuda as a basement return (about 10' vertical and 10' horizontal) and probably good for 2000gph. Though not running full open, but when I have, able to eliminate bubbles back to the display with a bubble tower and filter sock (sock think doing the most). Over/under/over baffles deal with bubbles from skimmer.

Sump is a 75g and running Dursos so there's air in the drains. Sure if I had Herbies (no air being drawn) would also keep bubbles out of the sump.

After running Darts and the Barracuda, sure you'll be happy with the Reeflo pump.
