Where did you get or what do you use to hold ro water and to mix salt water. I need two tanks that that can hold at least 75 gallons of water each

This is where I got mine. They are only 55g but reasonable price if you can live with that. They do have larger but the prices are high.

I use a $40 Craigslist deal TruVu 55 Gallon aquarium. I've seen 100 gallon aquariums for $50.

large garbage cans from HD work great and are easily drilled for a bulkhead, plus their cheap and come in a range of sizes and shapes

I have been mulling this over because I would like to mix a batch of water at a time to ensure ideal water parameters from the mix that could be compromised by mixing partial amounts of the bag or bucket of salt at a time. My question is this, how long can mixed saltwater stand in a holding tank waiting to be used before it begins to grow its own cultures of algae and what not that would make the water less than ideal to use. I do 25 gallon water changes once a month so a bag mixed would have to sit in a storage container mixed for 30 days waiting to be used. Is that too long?
