For LPS Corals, Mushroom Corals, and Polyps is 150 watts enough for a 65 Gallon tank

What kind of light? If MH then yes, with the LPS up toward the top.

True, but a 250 would be better.

Yeah, the actual type of lighting would be helpful. But for mushrooms and polyps you could have a NO fluorescent and it would probably be enough. As you might already know, the intensity of the light dramatically reduces as the depth increases. So if there is any doubt, just bring it to the top of the 65g after acclimation.

John you really need to start looking for some of the answers yourself. Then if you have specific questions ask.

It sounds like you are just rushing in here to get answers so you can get the tank set up as fast as you can. That can lead to trouble.

I read the lighting forum for new commers and found that this light is a little expensive but might be the right light
