Now there's a loaded question. What are you planning on keeping in the tank? Do you like shimmer lines? What kind of budget do you have?

If it were me, I'd go with T5s, but that's because I really like T5s. Either will do just fine in a tank that size, though. T5s are generally going to run a bit cooler, and heat can certainly be an issue in a small tank. Some strategically placed fans can take care of most heat issues with MH, though.
