Hi, I sent in my LMIII to replace the pump (old plastic with new aluminum) after speaking to one of the personnel at SP. Prior to that, I had sent an email inquiring about the process and didn't receive anything back for over a week. Okay, so I sent the LMIII and shortly afterward, I received a reply to my original email and I was told that the aluminum pumps are out at the time and that it would be weeks until you guys could get them in. Now, all of this is fine--I am a patient person. What I really want to know is if you received this package with my LMIII (I thought I'd get some sort of confirmation) safely and everything. I was given a case/return #1499, which should have everything necessary described therein. I also sent an email today, but it may be a while, so I decided to post here, as well for a quicker reply. Again, not being impatient or anything--I just want to make sure everything arrived ok.

Thanks in advance,
Andrew

I have tried twice this week to leave you a message at 251-661-0476.

If that number is incorrect, I apologize.

We have fixed your LM3, cleaned it up, and installed a new pump on it.

We need your credit card number for $80 for the pump plus shipping (UPS ground, unless you want it faster).

Odd. That number is correct, but I haven't gotten any messages regarding that--I even check it daily (unless someone deleted them before I got to them, which is very possible). Anyway, I'll give you guys a call with all the information. Oh, and thanks for the prompt service and your reply. It is much appreciated.

It was a far-away female voice on the answering machine asking to leave a mesage. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I'd like to thank Scott and the crew at Spectrapure for a great experience. Despite my failure to find/listen to Scott's messages, I managed to get in touch and had my LMIII upgraded and fixed, the latter of which was done free of charge. Can't argue with that. Thanks Scott and Spectrapure. You have yet another loyal customer.
