After about 2 weeks use of my new fixture I noticed 2 bulbs were not lighting. I switched them around and still nothing. I replaced them with new UVR bulbs (I wanted to upgrade anyway). They worked. Now 1 week later they are not lighting. What could be going on here? I have already contacted the seller and I'm still waiting for a reply. Could a faulty ballast be blowing these bulbs?
