White pods on LR

Hey guys. I have a couple of white/opaque pods on two pieces of LR and I have no idea what they are. Does anyone want to venture a guess?

Can't tell much detail from the pics. It could be sponge. Click the link for an illustration of copepod larvae, another possibility.

I have a couple of things that look just like that and assumed they were sponge.

I have a few of the same in my tank, sponges I think, they are ok!

That makes sense since some of the original ones have dissappeared and there are new ones growing... :)

I have something like that but it is about a half inch long and a inch wide on one of my rocks and it is pink. I have no idea what it is.
