Top one is about 1" and the ones in the second are about the same or bigger.

are they moving? well, not fast, but yes they do seem to move. I don't see antenna or anything like that so I'm not sure if they are just a blob of sponge or a baddy.

If they are flatworms, is there anything i should know about killing them. I hear FWE all the time on here but I also hear the word CRASH with it sometimes. Any Help is greatly appreciated!

not flatworms, in the sump they are likely just beneficial sponges, but definately not flatworms, the biggest flatworms i have seen were around a quarter of an inch...and they are a reddish brown to orange..

They look like stomata snails. Flatworms are reddish brown, about 1/4", rectangular, and flat.

If they are moving and flat, probably yes. But if they are stationary, or have much of any thickness to them, I'd say no.

Marc has some rather large flatworms pictured on his website.

So nothing to worry about and I should put away the axe and flamethrower?
