I have a red planet frag promised to me at a swap in 2 weeks and was just wondering what kindof light and flow this coral will need? I am running t5s and wasnt sure how high up to place it?
Thanks
Jeff

I hope to get one soon, so I'm curious as well.

I will say, the other table acros in my collection do best under high light with strong flow. Hopefully someone with an actual red planet will reply...

Mine hasnt done much but encrust yet, but AFAIK its a A. Millepora right? so should be pretty easy. I also think I got the smallest frag in the world.

I hear you on the small frag. I went to buy one from a LFS having a sale, but the only one they had was pretty tiny.........................ended up getting a purple plasma instead. Guess I will just have to wait.

Just got mine a few days ago:

...high light , high flow. They are pretty small considering ORA claims on their site:
"ORA coral frags (fragments) are well encrusted to the base on which they are grown. They are never sold until they are fully matured as individual coral colonies"
I will give them the encrusting part :)

Mine is still purple but has developed an ice blue coralite. And it grows very fast!

They are still bigger than what you get from other sites!

I won't even give them that every time... my Plasma had a few mm of encrustation... was able to just pull it out of the hole in the plug

eh... still some very sexy corals IMO
