My SPS dominated tank is 36" x 26" x 21". Not thrilled with the water movement from my 1 x Vortech, for SPS. At it's max in ReefCrest mode, 3000gph is just too much from one pump on one side, while the other side needs a little more flow...

Strongly considering going back to Streams, and wondering what would be the best pair of Streams for this tank on a Multicontroller...?

2 X 6055 Nanos turned all the way up....?

2 X 6105's, turned somewhat down...?

I really like the smaller Nano Stream size for my 36" footprint tank, but have no experience with the Nanos and don't know if they could handle the flow I am looking for...? I've been told the 1400+ gph rating for the 6055's is not accurate, and the flow is actually slower...?

Highly recommend 2x6105. My 6055 seem to work very well :D. Remember tunze stream flow disburse very wide and soft flow

I ran a pair of 6055s in my old 58 gallon Oceanic which was 36x18x22 and a Eheim 1260 return and was a bit of a mixed sps tank and was happy with the results but I think with your extra foot print and mostly sps desire I would want some more flow. Either being more than two 6055s(even with the larger flow patterns of pumps like Tunzes I am a fan of multiple flow points) or the 2x6105s mentioned. Another thought might be a 6105 and a 6055.

When they become more available I plan to swap out my nanos for a pair of 6105s in my 90 and likely try swapping the front grills with those from 6205s to be able to "open" up the flow.
