Algae coated

Im see these glossy dark algae and even some of cyanobacteria, buble alge n red slime algae on the rock.
I think it is something in excess determined yet but I could not understand what this element.
Anyone who has experienced this problem? wat can i do on it..?

Stop adding the other elements and also
The AMIN

Then make water weekly watechange 10 %
and remove the Ultraphos

If you want to make the heat test the heat the testing water for some minutes over 80 C and let cool it
After test make the normal Po4 test

As i said to you in the other thread you are just using so many different similar products you are just over loading your system.

Your using 3 different types of trace elements all at the same time, organic, power trace, grotech

For now stop all this, do a phosphate test and provide claude the reading alsong with photos.

Continue with the basics ultra bio ultra Bak and Min S, keep the Carb L going also remove the phos.

Please stop the AMIN for a while later we can add them also
We need the more carbon to reduce your Trace elements and clean the water , Yes changed it monthly

I would like to reduce the Bak cause a slower way is better
and the reducing will helps again the algeas.

Increase the Ultramin to 2 ml

and if you reduce the BAK you can also reduce the bacterias cause they need then less food

Hi

If the corals get to bright then you reduce back to 1ml/2 days
and try to dose 0.5 ml / day more Min S or Organic

it is normal that the tank will go in several directions after
such a change , give them time and do not make the changes to fast

awei, PowerTrace 1-4, Amin, and Organic are all excellent products that will result in different benefits to corals.

Powertrace 1-4 helps in bringing out more intense colors in all kinds of coral especially Acropora. I've noticed tips getting much more rich in color.

Amin, aids in improving polyp extension in all corals, including overall coloration. Before using this product, my polyp extension was average, but with the use of the UltraLith system, Amin, and PowerTrace, the polyp extension is amazing!

Organic, provides every coral trace minerals which increase polyp extension, coloration, and growth.

Remember that the effects of the UltraLith system in your tank is still in process and to see true benefits of Amin, organic, and PT 1-4 depend on nutrient concentration.
