Euro Reef Rs-80 is this a good skimmer for a system with around 110 gallons?

Unless your tank is very lightly stocked, the RS80 would not be "enough" skimmer for your tank. If you want to go with a EuroReef, I'd take a look at the RS135 or RS180. These are more appropriately sized for your 110gal system.
