It should although your baffles seem a little high.. I'd probably have them 8" high. The water will be atleast a half inch above the baffle so 10" would give you a running water line of 11" thats a little high for most skimmers and also doesn't leave you much room for back flow when the power is off.. You don't need much of a gap at all at the top of refuge baffle since the flow should be very slow. Also with 1"between your baffles you won't be able to push to much flow through the sump without micro bubble issues depending on your drain setup.. NO big deal though IMO since I think dumping a ton of flow through a sump is a waste.. Here is pic of one of my 40 Breeder sumps/Fuge
