Sixline Wrasse and Royal Gramma

Hello!

They are new addition to my tank. What can I feed them?

also I put water in my tank on sep. 9th with 150lbs of live sand

on sep 15th I put about 200lbs of live rock.

Last week I put 7 green chromis and this week i add royal gramaa

and sixline wrasse. My parameter is at all 0 except nitrate at 5

am I going to fast?

uuumm you seem like ur doing fine every tank is going to be different depending on what you add and how you do things but without knowing a whole lot of information i would conclude that you are doing just fine. but expect those 7 chromis to dwindle to 3 or 4 when ppl normally buy them they buy double what they ideally want because of them dieing off.
