I have two 175w electronic ballasts from BallastWise that I have been running for over a year. I noticed my anemones (climbing to the top) and some hard corals showing signs of poor lighting and replaced my bulbs, close to a year old (XM175w 15K). Now with the new bulbs there is no change in my tank. Is it possible that the ballast can light the bulbs but not provide full power due to age? Is there a way to check this with a power meter? Thanks
