Bristle-I did clean most of the algae, I left some on the back glass for the LMB to eat (he wont take frozen foods). the three first pics are te most recent.

PaulieWalnuts- thanks, that was just after I got it. I got it from a member here who was tearing down his tank (I think his SN was Krazy).

I should be doing more maintnence then I do, but a 13yr old with limited time (I am looking for a HS in NYC, not a fun process) and not much parental help can only do so much. I have tossed around the idea of downgrading, but parents wont let me. soo...

my tank is running good, my fish are happy. now all I have to do is fix the sump! and then, after that, I'm sure I'll find something else to fix. and after that, and after that.

lol
That's the good and bad thing about this hobby...always something to tinker with. Acutally I think like working on the details of my tank as much as I do watching my fish.

yeah, me too, but it definetly takes out of the pet budget (between 2 rats, 3 gerbils, 1 lizard, 2 cats, a dog, a reef and a FW tank; money gets thin). I am planning to do another water change and algae harvesting tomorrow of friday, and then I am hoping to get a few more corals/ fish this weekend or monday.

just finished another water change, the sand is much cleaner, and I moved some corals around. I am hoping to place my first online order tomorrow with liveaquaria.
