is it poss to diy a u tube for my overflow box?

Yep, just pack acrylic tube with sand, heat it with a heat gun or stove then bend it. Sand is so that the tube doesn't collapse when you bend it.

the easiest way is just to use PVC pipe with some 90 degree elbows. Only down side is you can't see inside of them. Plus side, no algae grows in them.

Replacement U-Tubes are less than $5.

Yeah i know they are cheap but it was a rush job-also the last time i tried to get one it was not long enough.

The problem is now fixed -thanks for all the help.

Do people actually use pvc? Any pix?
