DOC Skimmer 9010 Pump

I have the 9010 tunze skimmer and the pump stopped working. I took it apart, pulled the impeller out and don't see any calcium deposits. When it is plugged in there is no hum so I'm assuming the pump died. Richard at Saltysupply.com told me to contact you.

Is there any process I need to follow to get this pump repaired?

Please send back to us for inspection. There is a two year warranty on all Tunze products so depending on how long you have had it, it may still be covered. Please send your pump to:
