Hello,

I've got a question I hope you fine folks can help me with. I have two heaters that I'd like to control with the Profilux, and I'm not sure as how to configure them. I looked in the manual and there's something about using a substrate heater and a bottom heater, and I'm a bit confused. Since I won't be using a substrate heater--just two in-sump submersibles, am I able to set up the Profilux to control these? And if so, how do I do this? Any help will be very much appreciated.

The most straightforward way would be to change the socket on the Profilux program. Go under Extras-->Socket functions-->select the socket with the second heater [for example S7] and click Edit-->change the Substrate Heater [in this example] to Heater.

Now S6 and S7 [or any whichever sockets they're plugged into] should be both set on Temperature 1 and Heater.

HTH. :)
