The warranty on those units is for one year, although they generally last far longer than that. Unfortunately, because we get so few inquiries about repairs, we cannot justify maintaining a technician and repair facility in the US. All repairs would have to be handled through the corporate office in Israel. Call 1-888-REDSEA9 to inquire about the procedure to do this.

By the way, how do you know is is broken?

When I plug it in the light does not come on. I took it to a local guy that fixes electronics. He looked inside and told me a few circuits were burned out. They said it would be better to contact the maker w/o the right diagram they would rather not work on it.
