As long as the wound doesn't get infected it will heal fine. If the fish is doing well, just increase your feeding a little bit to provide it with some added nutrition to help it heal. If you notice that the wound is enlarging or there appear to be other issues it may represent an infection and you can QT the fish and treat it with an antibiotic.

If it is just a cut, the most important factor for healing is pristine water quality (ie increase the frequency of water changes until healed). As long as she is eating and the wound does not start to look worse (red streaks, fuzziness, wound enlargement), QT for antibiotic treatment may be more stress than it is worth.

why not try some form of garlic additive to the food just to be sure? :)

I am currently adding quite a bit of garlic and I bumped up the feeding a little. It's looking a little better.

It's ok to bump up the feedings, but just make sure it doesn't lower the water quality. If the cut starts to turn red and swell then you will need to move him to a hospital tank and treat with an antibiotic.

Try adding vitamin C to the food
