I cant tell from the directions. I'm going to have to do one, as I dont think the water is gonna make it 7 days, but it'll obviously dilute the concentration of the dosage.
It says I can re-dose after 3-5 days, so I presume this is to account for water changes?

Dose the new water so that you add back the medication that was removed.

Do a large enough water change prior to dosage and then after 7 days do your weekly water changes. You really shouldn't need to do a water change halfway through the dosage.....

I have a moderately stocked 300 gallon and there are no fluctuations in water parameters for the 5-7 days of treatment, even with turning off the skimmer.

I do water changes and re-dose accordingly. My thinking is the medication loses some of it's mojo after a while so keeping it as close to the original potency as possible seems good. And water changes are never a bad idea.

If you are dosing any antibiotics with your Prazipro then you must do water changes.
