Can I easily swap out the LED'S on a 24" T5 Nova Extreme?

If anyone is familar with this particular model, can I easily swap out the blue LED's for red ones?

(This light is going to be used on a vivarium with poison dart frogs, hence the red LED's)

Should be easy. Just de-solder the current ones and put the new red ones in place. Make sure the polarity is right.

Shoot, I was hoping for plug in play... you really think they are soder?

wouldnt they be un-plugable to replace when they burn out?

I know most units I've seen it is this way, but i wasnt sure about this particular unit.

I am not familiar with the unit but I doubt they would be plug and play. If you are not comfy with soldering now would be a good time to learn =D. You might contact the manufacturer to see what they recomend.
