Yellow Tang/Bubbles under scales

hello guys. I am trying to diagnos a tang here... there are 5 of them, all of which have lateral line disease, one though has something I have never seen before, random bubbles from the size of a pencil ereaser to about the size of a dime or larger. Also he looks as though his whole body is some what wrinkled verticaly across the length of his body. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? and if so any method of treatment?

Bump! They looks as if they are blisters... when he swims you can see them move as if they were fluid filled or just air... please help

Ill try and remember my camera tommorow... been researching for 3 days now with no break throughs... this is deffinately wierd
