Whats the best placement for Cany Apple REds and Rainbow palys??

Are these guys high light or lower??? Also What about the flow?

i have mine in the sand and they look great.with moderate flow

Depends on your lights but on my MH system these two particular zoas tend to lose their color when placed high (moreso the rainbows). Mine also color up really nicely when placed in the lower half of my tank with moderate flow.

Both would be in the bottom of my tank or middle of the rock work.
