brain corals what to feed it with ?

that's correct, but I always like to "treat" it with some slivers of silversides and bits of any other meaty food that I feed the fish. You can use a pipette or turkey baster to target the mouths

they'll like some meaty treats every so often, and usually I'll add a few squirts of frozen mysis with a baster. nothing is needed, though.

I agree with frozen Mysis. That's what I feed most of my LPS once a week or so. I feed at night when tentacles are expanded for feeding. I also will feed Coral Frenzy or Cyclopeeze
