Firmware update

Im trying to do the firmware update on my aquacontroller but whenever i type jrupdate aquajrser.enc –COM1 it says not a recognizable command. How do i get the update to occur?

Be sure you are running the command in the folder you extracted the update files to.

i do i extract to c:\aquajr then i go cd c:\aquajr and it does not work.

It sounds like the files are not in the directory you are trying to execute the jrupdate command in. Type 'dir' (without quotes) into the command shell when you are in the c:\aquajr directory. You should see the jrupdate.exe and aquajrser.enc files. If you just see the 'rel_AquaJrSer_3.3' directory, then do a 'cd rel*' and try the jrupdate.exe command again.

i tried that with the cd rel and it doesnt say command not found or anything nothing happens now when i do that the jr doesnt start to update.
