Does anyone have any suggestions of how to putty under water and have it stay. I have had limited experiance with securing frags and the latest additions have not been put in their place because I do not want to take my rock apart to putty them down. Any advice is appreciated. All frags are on plugs.

This can be used directly under water, or can it just be used on wet rock?
