The PX1000 I take the PX1000 setup can not be reached thru aquanotes - correct? - for example calibration of the temp probe?

You are referring to manually setting 'offsets' in AquaNotes; I believe you are correct; I've not found them for my PX1000. Manually setting offsets though is very different than calibrating, which is only available using the AC menus.
