Need recommendations for upgrading lighting on a 90gal.

I have a well established 90 reef with a 48” 4-bulb Compact Florescent and a 48” 2 bulb T5. I would like to start adding some SPS’s by adding Metal Halides. I have access to 2 175w Ice Cap Halides. What would be the best combination of lighting for my tank? Do I keep the T5s? If I do what bulbs do I use? What type of Halide bulbs do I use? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
