Couple things to ID. Majano?

Picked this LR up from a guy who lives about 10 minutes from me, it was in his 200g look down, so I don't know if he knew he had it or not, but this is the first 30lbs in my tank, and I noticed some things,

Most is looking like majano, I'm also wondering what the 2 stalk looking things are in one of the pictures, and is the yellow stuff like sponge algae or what? I numbered everything so you can respond like

#1 Might be Aiptasia
#2  Might be Hydroids
#4 Might indeed be Majano
#5 Could be a dead gorgonian overgrown by coralline
#6 Could be sponge

so what can I kill and need to kill? Can I joes juice, the hydroid things and the majano and aiptasia

Yes. Or even just a thick paste of kalk mix.
