How do I fix my tank?

I was running VSV and stopped because some of the tips of my SPS where getting burnt. So I discontinued dosing hoping things would improve, instead they have started to become worse. After stopping the dosing i suddenly had an outbreak of dinos which seems to be slowly killing my corals, I've been doing a few extra 25G water changes on my 125G. And I ran about a 1000 ml of rowaphos which I will change out next week.

I ran a cycle of chemi clean because I was told that it would help get rid of dinos, in which it did in a few areas but the corals that are heavily infected continue to slowly die.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Stop water changes, raise ph to 8.5 and maintain, run uv and 24hour lights out. Works everytime for me.
