I realized today that I forgot to include something in the order I placed a couple of days ago. I didn't have a shipping notification yet, so I contacted customer service to see if I could add just one more thing. So here is where we enter the Twilight Zone of customer service. (Cue the creepy music. :eek1: ) They said they had already processed my order BUT they would be glad to process the last item (a $5 bottle of pinpoint salinity solution) as an add on order and send it in a separate FedEx shipment without charging any additional shipping.

I love this place! :D
