Hydor Koralia

Hi,

I am a newbie here at RC. I have a new RSM which I started up in Sept 2008. I have been reading around the various forums and have seen several members reference the Hydor Koralia powerheads as a mod to their tanks.

My question is how do you route the cord out of the tank? Do you run it down into the electrical cord cavity in the back and somehow plug in to the panel or do you route it outside the tank and plug in to the wall?

The easiest way would be to route the cord out the back. I would use the pop out section that is just to the left of the protein skimmer collection cup. That pop out piece is called the "chiller vent" on page 10 of the Max User Manual.
