Question on reefcrest mode

I have a 55 gal mostly sps system, and im trying to find the best way to achive good flow from my 2 mp40. I have the vortechs on either side of the tank on reefcrest mode, one master and the other slave. I have it right now in sync, and was wondering if this is the best mode to have it in or is the antisync mode better for the sps. Im also keeping this at alittle of half speed, what exactly is half speed GPH. Thanks for the help.

If you're running reefcrest mode then sync or anti-sync will be a great way to keep things random. I do not believe there's any way to say which would be 'better' other than to keep an eye on your tank and pick the mode that works best for you.

Half speed GPH is around 2k.
