I Have about 10 margarita snails in my 75gal. on one of the snails i noticed raised white spots forming and didnt really pay it any mind. now Ive seen about 4 others with the same white swirls about 2 mm in diameter. Is it calcium or some parasite?? should I be concerned?

Spirorbid worms most likely.

It probably is spirorbids, but it may also be snail eggs, particularly if you have nerites in the tank. In either case, they shouldn't be a problem.

Don
