I guess I've been trying to find this info elsewhere... But since I own a AC3 Pro and all the bells and whisles.

I want to know what proper readings are for a reef which has a mix of all types of corals. LSP/SPS/Clams/Inverts/Apros.

What are the proper and ideal readings for:

ORP
pH (Guess it's between 8-8.4)
Conductivity
Dissolved O2 (mine reads 1.8-2.0) Is that right?
Even Temp? Mine is between 78-80 I keep it that high, but is it not a good thing to be high?

Thanks,

-AJ

I think this would give much better answers in the Reef Water Chemistry forum...

In the sticky there are many articles on everything you ask but beyond the above is also consideration for chemical balance (e.g., CA, Iodine, etc).

The most important thing is stability. That said it also depends to some extent on what you are keeping in your tank and where they come from.as an example, 78-80 is ideal for most tropical animals. What you want to avoid is temp swings of 4 degrees or more in 24 hours. Like wise your PH should not be swing to much in 24 hours.
