Hi, I recently placed a frozen food order of over $200 plus shipping and I received it a couple of days ago. It was shipped in two boxes, the first box was packed perfectly and still frozen, the second however was packed not so good and unfrozen. Ao I call the customer service reps, and tell them the situation they immediately reshipped part of the order overnight at no cost to me. THe second reshipment came in yesterday and it was packed ok but still thawed. I called again and they issued a credit on to my account. Great work guys!! I definitely will begin to order at Dr.'s. foster and smith over petsolutions.com. Thanks!!
