I picked this up this week. Have you ever seen a flavia like this? It was sold to me as a branching flavia.

Thats cool. I think they are called Favia instead of Flavia though.
You sure it's not just encrusting a piece of rock that had base branches on'em?

Thats what I asked the guy that sold it to me, but he said that it was listed by the company that sent it as a branching favia. Thats why I was curious if anyone else had one.

well you could frag one of the branches and see if there is any rocks underneath the branches. nice piece though.

I am not much good for LPS ID's but are you sure its not a branching merulina?
