Is hot glue safe to use on aquarium stuff?

Has anyone used hot glue on aquarium stuff? Is it safe to use, or will it leech stuff out into the water?

I've been using it in small amounts(mounting corals) for about 7-8 months with no ill effects noticed. In my system it grows coraline within two weeks. Not as stead fast as other glues but very fast and conveniant for me anyways

I've used it and no ill effects. However after about a year It became brittle and things started falling.
