I recently set up a 34 gallon red sea max and i am having problems with the protein skimmer. for one i am getting a lot of micro bubbles and two i don't know how to adjust the water level in it. does anyone know how to fix these problems?

There is no water level adjustment on the protein skimmer, only an air adjustment.
