I just received a Hydor ETH heater I'd ordered, only to realize that I'd accidently ordered the wrong version. I'd wanted the 5/8" fittings (item 17027), but ordered the 1/2".

if I process this as an 'exchange' is there any way I can get the correct heater shipped immediately, while the return package is still in-transit? If not, I'll just return it for credit, and simply place a new order for the correct item today.

In order to make an exchange we will need the item sent back to us first. Once we receive the item we will then process the exchange for you at that time with no additional charges. If you would like to receive the item right away you are able to call us at 1-800-381-7179 to place a new order for the heater with no shipping and handling charges. Upon return of the original item we will refund you for the cost of the returned product.

If you could please PM us your customer information we will document your customer file that you will be exchanging your heater for a different size. You are a valued customer and we look forward to hearing from you.
