Moon Lights Quit Working

Moon lights are getting power but will not come on. ?????

Check the following:

The green light on the simulator should normally be on; it will blink off for each command sent.
The lunar lights should blink on for about .1 seconds when AC power is first applied.
The lunar simulator AC adapter should be plugged into an always on outlet.
Make sure that control address (dip switches) of the lunar simulator matches the address setting on the AquaController lunar timer name (setup->timer setup->timer names).
