Build your own acrylic tank

Any suggestion on building your own acrylic tank? i am looking at the following in size 48" x 24" 18" high, but not sure how you get the acrylic to fuse together without coming apart with the pressure of the water?

Weld on doesn't glue the acrylic, it chemically bonds it and it becomes one piece.

Rimless or w/Rim? That will impact the design. Why don't you just buy one. I don't think that's an uncommon size (90 gallon, right?).

90's are 18 wide not 24 wide but still is a 90 gall.
