I have T5's on my undulatus tank and love them. They give you the look of halides but aren't as $$$. They do a really good job and I love the shimmer effect it puts off.

I used a nova extreme 4x54 watt light over my 90. I got it for $100 of the selling forum. It gives the tank a nice bright look, and you could throw some shrooms, and zoos in if you want.:)

I was thinking the nova 2x54w t5. Do you think it will look O.K.

That should be fine. You can even use normal lights for a fish only tank.

What would be better? I don't want any algae out breakes.
