I've never had problems, they've even touched. But you never know.

Just make sure that they are an inch or two away and you should be fine. The further apart, the better...that goes with everything

My acans and micros are all over each other and there have been no problems. I've even combo'd them on rocks.

I have two touching eachother. Even during feeds there has never been a problem. They've even been close enough where one has tried to eat the other during feedings. ie: some flesh actually in another's mouth. But never had a problem with any dying or recession.
