Advice about controller other than Neptune

I have neptune AC JR, 2 months old, there is no way i can make it keep time, no mater what value i enter in the leap seconds, it normly will be fine for 2 days then it stars to gain any whhere from 4 -12 seconds/ day.
its driving me crazy, so i did not hook it to my tank.
any thing else in the market i should look at? at 300-400$ range.

I went with the Reefkeeper Elite- I will be getting it Monday. Its 490 for a complete system, but you can trade in your old controller for $100 credit I believe, and sell off the DC8.

It had several bugsa in the beginning, but those seem taken care of. The expandibility of the RKE is gard to beat.
